Product delivery
Within 14 business days* from the date of the order, and unless otherwise specified on the product details page, the company will arrange to deliver the product purchased on the website, to the address as typed at the time of the order, subject to full payment via credit card. Completion of the purchase transaction is also conditional on the requested items being in stock at the time of completion of the order procedure. In the case of an item that is out of stock and/or there is a problem with its delivery, for whatever reason, Smart Logic Ltd. may notify the user of the cancellation of the order. Said notification will be delivered to the user via e-mail and/or a telephone message, at the option of Smart Logic Ltd.

Cancellation of orders
The users may cancel a transaction made on the website subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”). Below is a breakdown of the deal cancellation options:
1. Cancellation of the transaction within one hour of completing the order of the items on the website and before the item is shipped – will be done by means of a cancellation message by telephone to the customer service at 08-9102070. In these circumstances, as mentioned, the user will be entitled to receive a full refund of the payment (including for the shipping fees, to the extent that they were collected).
2. In the event of cancellation of the transaction after receiving the item by the user, which is not due to a defect in the product and/or a discrepancy between the actual product and its items as presented on the website, the company’s offices must be contacted in writing, in such a case the customer will be charged a rate of 10% but not more than 100 NIS, in accordance with the provisions of the law, also the user will not be entitled to a refund for shipping fees paid by him (as much as they were paid).
Also, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the company’s warehouse.
It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its original packaging, intact and without injury and/or damage and/or defect of any kind and type which is up to 3 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction or from the day the product arrives at the customer’s hands, whichever is later.
It is agreed between the parties that the customer will be charged in full for handling and shipping fees even if he has not yet received the product,
And this if the product that is the subject of the transaction has been sent for a long time.
3. Cancellation of the transaction as a result of a defect and/or inconsistency between the actual product and its details as presented on the website – users must check the item immediately upon receipt. If the item was received in their hands when it was damaged, or when the specification of the actual item differs from the specification presented on the website, then the users may cancel the transaction by applying in writing within 7 days of receiving the item in their hands by returning the product to the Smart Logic offices. Cancellation of an order by the company
The company will be entitled to cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:
A pen error was made, either in the product description or in the product price.
If it turns out that there was a communication malfunction and/or a technical problem that prevented the users of the website from using the website. In the case of an item that is out of stock and/or there is a problem with its delivery for any reason.
